Abadi land in yamuna expressway

The Yamuna Industrial Development Authority has announced allotment of 7% Abadi plots, also known as Kisan Kota plots, to farmers whose land was acquired for the Yamuna Expressway project.

These compensation plots given to farmers account for 7% of the total land acquired by the Yamuna Expressway Development Authority for the integrated township. The authority will develop the 7% Abadi plots near the developed residential sectors along the expressway.

Known as Kisan Kota plots in Yamuna Expressway, these allotments aim to provide farmers with an equitable share of the acquired land. Additionally, the authority has permitted farmers to use up to 50% of their compensation plot area for commercial purposes.

Given the high prices of residential plots in prime sectors like 18 and 20, these Abadi plots in Yamuna Expressway are in very high demand. The timely allotment will allow farmers to benefit from the land value appreciation resulting from the development of the region.

By providing 7% plots to farmers out of the acquired Yamuna Authority land, the development authority aims to balance industrial growth with fair compensation for displaced communities. The Abadi plots offer farmers an opportunity to share in the success of the project.
